We are an independent Building Services Environmental Consultancy. Gallese Design has installed within their own offices many sustainable engineering features enabling us to provide independent analysis to our clients on the potential for their projects. We have 'walked the talk' gaining valuable practical knowledge to pass onto our clients ensuring the Code For Sustainable Homes and BREEAM initiatives of the Welsh Assembly Government and others are understood and attained.

Phased demolition and redevelopment of an existing Care Home site for Linc Cymru Housing Association. Total new Care beds circa 70. Designed by Willdig Lammie Architects for Linc Cymru.

Redevelopment of existing Grade 2* listed building. Formerly the offices of a Coal Importer. To be extended and converted into 38 contemporary Apartments and new roof top high end penthouses.
