The Developer / Builder ANDTON Properties appointed Gallese Design to provide Performance Design requirements and maintain a 'concept guardian' role for the duration of the project.
The client did not have a 'green' engineering aspiration and the project was very much function over form - cost driven. Notwithstanding the budget, the apartments were all sold and let off plan and the tenant turnover is considered lower than expected
The Ground Floor is a shell commercial development currently being used as a 'metro' supermarket. Three upper floors are timber frame, block and render painted finish with cedar cladding feature panels. Over fifty one and two bedroom apartments with individual heating systems and a communal water boosting provision.
